Your tasks with us:

• Sample Construction: You create high-quality initial and sales samples as well as technical special solutions.
• Development: You work closely with our development team, optimize processing techniques, and test new materials.
• Manufacturing: You sew demanding backpacks, bags, and complex carrying systems while adhering to the highest quality standards.

What you bring:

• Craftsmanship Basis: You have pronounced craftsmanship skills and a corresponding education or solid experience in textile processing.
• Machine Operation: You are confident in handling and operating industrial sewing machines.
• Material competence: Precise cuts and the sewing of various materials (e.g., technical textiles, heavy/rigid and coated fabrics).
• Precision: High dimensional accuracy according to specifications and technical drawings as well as good spatial reasoning.
• Personality: A self-reliant, reliable, solution-oriented, and creative work style.
• Interest: Enjoyment of teamwork and a genuine interest in our products for outdoor and rescue applications.

To enhance our team, we are looking for an engaged sales representative (m/f/d) with heart and soul for the area of application.

Your main tasks with us:

• Customer care & sales: Active support of our existing customers as well as acquiring new customers in the B2B and public sector.
• Training: Professional instruction and training of users and customers on-site or digitally.
• Trade shows & events: Representation of our brand and products at national and international trade fairs and conferences.
• Assistance in logistics: Active support of our team in logistical processes, sample shipping, and goods preparation.
• Interface to practice: Incorporating customer feedback and practical experiences directly into our product development.

What you bring:

• Passion & practical relevance: Genuine love and enthusiasm for emergency medicine, rescue medicine, or mountain rescue. A connection to firefighting is a great advantage!
• Sales talent: Enjoyment in contact with people, negotiation skills, and a convincing, confident demeanor.

• Willingness to travel: Flexibility for trade fair visits and client appointments.
